Versand
Ich betreibe diesen Shop nicht hauptberuflich. So ist es mir nicht möglich, jeden Tag Bestellungen zu bearbeiten – ich werde aber sicherlich mindestens ein Mal pro Woche die Produkte verschicken. Falls es einmal besonders schnell gehen soll, bin ich froh, wenn Sie mich diesbezüglich kontaktieren – das lässt sich sicherlich einrichten.
Ich verschicke die Produkte aus Luzern, Schweiz. Der Versand innerhalb der Schweiz dauert ab Aufgabe bei der Post 1-3 Tage. Momentan versende ich vor allem innerhalb der Schweiz, sollten Sie aus einem anderen Land bestellen wollen, bitte ich Sie, mich per Mail zu kontaktieren (mail@jolandaepprecht.ch).
Stornierungen / Rücksendungen
Stornierungen sind möglich, sofern das Produkt noch nicht versendet wurde. Ich akzeptiere Stornierungen bis 24 Stunden nach Aufgabe der Bestellung.
Rücksendungen sind möglich, sofern die Produkte nicht geöffnet und/oder beschädigt wurden. Der Kaufpreis wird abzüglich des Portos zurückerstattet. Das Porto für die Rücksendung muss ebenfalls von den Käufer*innen übernommen werden. Falls Sie eine Rücksendung wünschen, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte sofort bei Erhalt der Ware unter mail@jolandaepprecht.ch.
Falls die Ware beschädigt bei Ihnen ankommt, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte unter mail@jolandaepprecht.ch. Grundsätzlich kann ich keine Verantwortung für eine Beschädigung der Ware durch die Post übernehmen, aber wir finden sicherlich eine Lösung.

Damit ich Ihnen die Produkte zusenden kann, brauche ich persönliche Daten, wie Ihre Adresse und – für mögliche Rückfragen – auch die E-Mail Adresse. Ich verwende diese Daten ausschliesslich zu diesem Zweck und werde Sie nicht an Drittpersonen weitergeben.

Shipping
This shop is not my main job. So I unfortunately don’t find the time to ship my products everday – but I’ll make sure to go to the post office at least once a week. If you need anything quicker, make sure to contact me – we will probably find a possibility.
I ship my products from Lucerne, Switzerland. Within switzerland shipping takes 1-3 days. Right now I mostly ship my products within Switzerland. Please contact me by email if you want to order from another country (mail@jolandaepprecht.ch).
Cancellation / Return
You can cancel your order as long as I haven’t sent it out yet. I accept cancellations up to 24 hours after you made your order.
The return of products is possible as long as they aren’t opend or damaged. I’ll refund you the price minus the shipping costs. You as the customer also has to pay the costs for sending the product back to me. Please contact me immediately at mail@jolandaepprecht.ch if you want to return something.
I cannot take any responsibility for damage by the post office. But please contact me if your package has arrived damaged. We will sure find a solution.
